Walking Dead Workout


Ok, this I just had to share. I don't know how long these awesome workouts have been going on for, but they're an amazing way to keep active, especially when you're spending an hour in front of the TV for most shows nowadays. I've seen some Game of Thrones and True Blood workouts on the internet, but the Walking Dead one is my favourite. You can probably google your favourite show and the word workout and find one of these, or you can create your own and up the ante every episode (10 squats to 15), you'll be super fit in the season finale!

Delicious Vegan Lunch


Just wanted to share how easy it is to have a nice, healthy, simple, and VEGAN lunch every day. Today my lunch consisted of a super-fast-to-make salad (lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, and yummy avocados), a baked portobello mushroom with salt and herbs, sauteed french beans, and a mix of wild rice, brown rice, and quinoa (I usually cook enough for the week and then just warm up in the microwave!). All prepped and cooked in under 20 minutes.

In the Beginning

So I finally decided to start my own blog since everyone seems to have one now (even my grandfather!). I hope to share different ideas, recipes, projects, tips, etc. in the areas that I am most passionate about.

Purposes of this blog include:
